I graduate in social work psychology. Currently, I am unemployed and I’m looking for a job. In my last job, I worked there for a year and half, I was a manager in a training company (hygiene, security and environment). Unfortunately, in this company there was not enough finances, so, in the time of crisis made, the company lost a lot of money and my director closed the company in April twenty fourteen and I was made redundant. My activities were to prospect new clients and regular clients. I saw the companies to ascertain the needs for training. After, with the trainer, we organized personal training programs for the company. After the negotiation phase, I organized the training course (place, days, time, notification, documents…). The last day of training I was present to know if the employees were satisfied or not. Lastly, I gave the invoice and checked the payment. Another activity was to check permits and create files to have permissions, agreements for approval. Before this job, I worked in a temporary work agency for ten years. First, my different duties were, in charge of recruitment, sales representative and then, business executive. I used to recruit welders, brazers, pipefitters, to work in the shipbuilding yard, workshop, trains, a repair quay, viaducts and the aircraft industry. The areas where I delegated these workers were in France or worldwide, but only for French companies. I had worked with big companies as EIFFEL, BOMBARDIER, ALSTOM, STX… For example I had sixty welders on the MILLAU viaduct. I used to search for new customers and qualified workers. I used to apply the code of conduct in the workplace I did the security checks for the workers. The name is MASE: manual to improve security in company. So I was trained and now I have certificates in assessment professional risks, hygiene, security and environmental management.
